Depending on the number of status pages created, one will remain active under the Free plan limits, while the others will be moved to an inactive state.

Yes. When upgrading, you can also purchase additional status page add-ons. For instance, if you created three status pages during the evaluation, you can buy two additional status page add-ons to enable Green or Blue page features for all your status pages.
