Custom Saved Searches should automatically update widgets that use them when changes are made to them.

When making a change to a custom Saved Search any widgets in Dashboards should automatically use the updated Saved Search. Right now, I have to go through all my dashboards and replace the widget with a new one to see the data for the new Saved Search.

Hi Daniel,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

However, please understand that if the user adds an additional valid condition, we will update the widgets across all dashboards.

It seems this functionality has recently stopped working, and we will fix it and update you once resolved.

Hi Peter,

To edit a saved search in Site24x7, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Admin → AppLogs → Saved Search

2. You will see a list of all your saved searches

3. Click on the respective query you want to edit from the list

4. Make the necessary changes to your query

5. Save the updated search

Hope this helps! Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.
