Kubernetes Control Plane monitoring

Control Plane monitoring assists you in ensuring the health, performance, and reliability of your Kubernetes clusters.

The Control Plane includes vital elements such as the API Server, Etcd, Scheduler, and Controller manager. Keeping an eye on these key components guarantees that your clusters operate efficiently and stay attuned to workload and operational requirements.

Key components monitored:

API server

The API server serves as the main access point for all cluster management operations. Site24x7 tracks API server metrics, including:

  • Request counts and duration
  • TLS handshake errors
  • Deprecated API usage

Setting up Kubernetes Control Plane monitoring
