Install the Full-Stack Agent with Midserver HA Support

The Site24x7 Full-Stack Agent can be installed with Midserver High Availability (HA) support, routing agent communication through an On-Premise Poller (Midserver). The steps below cover silent installation for both Linux and Windows.

Linux

Run the following commands to download and install the Full-Stack Agent with Midserver HA support on Linux.

Step 1:

Download the installer

wget https://staticdownloads.site24x7.com/server/Site24x7FullStackAgent_LinuxIns.sh
Step 2:

Run the installer

sudo bash Site24x7FullStackAgent_LinuxIns.sh -i -automation=true -key=<device_key> -midserver=<midserver_ip>:<port>
Note

Replace <device_key> with your Site24x7 device key and <midserver_ip>:<port> with the IP address and port of your Midserver.

Windows

Download the installer and run the following command to install the Full-Stack Agent with Midserver HA support on Windows.

Step 1:

Download the installer

Download the installer from: https://staticdownloads.site24x7.com/server/archive/windows/22100/Site24x7FullStackAgent.msi

Step 2:

Run the installer

msiexec.exe /i Site24x7FullStackAgent.msi ENABLESILENT=YES REBOOT=ReallySuppress MIDSERVER=<midserver_host>:<midserver_port> EDITA1=<device_key> /qn
Note

Replace <device_key> with your Site24x7 device key and <midserver_host>:<midserver_port> with the hostname and port of your Midserver.
